Privacy Policy:

At www.goode.com we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, which is why we do not sell, rent or loan any personal identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. At www.goode.com we collect personal information only for purposes of fulfilling orders, providing a high level of customer service and gaining knowledge regarding what our customers want.  In order to process your order efficiently, we collect the following information: name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number when you place an order with us.  This information is used solely by www.goode.com and is stored in a secure environment.

 

Use:

You have permission to electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with www.goode.com.  Unless we give you written permission in advance, any other use of the Website, its content and its information, including linking or framing to this Website, are strictly prohibited.

 

Errors and Inaccuracies:

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information on our website.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors.  This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability and some information may not be complete or current.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omission, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices may change at any time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Cancellations:

Orders received are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (MST).  If you place your order other than during this time, it will be processed the following business day.  Once your order is processed, any changes and/or cancellations may be subject to a change/restocking fee.  Please contact our Customer Service Department for more details at 801-621-2300.

 

Warranty: 

Warranty service is very important to everyone concerned.  Therefore, GOODE Ski Technologies asks that the following procedures be complied with to ensure efficient service. No returns will be accepted without a prior and return authorization from GOODE Ski Technologies. A return authorization may be obtained by either emailing Goode at goode@goode.com or by calling our Customer Service at 801-621-2300.  Be prepared to provide your name, shipping address, email address and daytime phone number, as well as the product in question and a brief description of the damage.  Note: if you are part of the waterski demo program, you may be routed to our technical department first before a return authorization number can be provided.  Hard goods, such as skis, bindings and ski poles carry a one year manufacturing and material defect warranty.  Soft goods carry a 30 day manufacturing and material defect.  Warranty does not include misuse or customer error of product.  For more information regarding our warranty, please email us at goode@goode.com.  Please see Return/Refund Policy for shipping procedures.

 

Return/Refund Policy:

Any authorized return that results in a refund will equal the purchase price of the product, less original shipping fee and a restocking/demo fees charged.  If a refund is due to a cancelled order, please see our Cancellation Policy.  If you are returning a product(s), you will need to either email us at goode@goode.com or contact our Customer Service Department at 801-621-2300, to obtain a return authorization number. This number is required for all returns, repairs, exchanges, etc.  You will be required to provide your name, shipping address, phone number, and product in question, as well as a brief description of the cause for return.  You will also need to clearly write this number on the outside of the package being returned for proper routing.  Once received, and a refund is due, you can expect a credit within 7-10 business days.  If the return results in an exchange, repair, etc., GOODE Ski will make every effort to turn around your order as quickly as possible.  GOODE Ski Technologies reserves the right to change its Return/Refund policy at any time.  Please contact us for current policy information.
