WarrantyGOODE ski poles carry a limited one-year warranty. We designed the GOODE Composite Ski Poles to be the lightest and strongest ski poles available. While they are up to three (3) times stronger than aluminum, they were not designed to be unbreakable. (We do make rental composite poles that are almost unbreakable! However, they are heavier than your model.) If you need replacement parts for your poles, see your Authorized GOODE Dealer (click HERE to find the closest Authorized Dealer) or go to Parts & Accessories to order on-line. Our Warranty Policy We offer a one-year from date of purchase warranty. Should you break a GOODE Composite Ski Pole through normal usage, we will replace it at no charge. A sales receipt (original or copy) with date of purchase is required to receive a replacement pole. Please note: This policy does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse. Warranty service is very important to everyone concerned. Therefore GOODE asks that the following procedures be complied with to ensure efficient service or replacement. Please take the ski pole to the Dealer where you purchased this poles. If that is not possible, please take it to an Authorized Dealer. Click HERE to find the closest Authorized Dealer. If you are unable to locate a dealer near you, you can receive a Return Authoirzation number (RA#) from GOODE. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization from GOODE. Compliance with these procedures will ensure the quickest possible resolution of the warranty claim.

GOODE can replace the broken shaft for $35.00 or less (depending on the model) plus shipping/handling fee. Please e-mail at goode@goode.com to order a replacement. Thank you for choosing GOODE! |
