Goode to Begin Manufacturing Water
Skis with New Molds & Presses
Waterford, Mich., April 19, 1999 -- Dave
Goode, president and founder of GOODE Ski Technologies
said his company is manufacturing their patented, carbon
composite water skis with new molds and presses.
Production is taking place at their 13,000 square foot
facility in Waterford. Explains Dave Goode, "Our
tournament water skis are made of aerospace-grade carbon
composites. Almost all of our worldwide customers are
competitors. They demand the best. Since we began
production six years ago, our skis have consistently
delivered. Goode water skis hold both the Mens and
Womens World Record for slalom, along with numerous
national records. We recently built new ski molds and
presses to ensure the best possible quality and improve
manufacturing efficiency. We have developed new processes
that require us to update our ski molds and
presses."
