Hello from Wilmington, IL, site of the 68th GOODE Water Ski National Championships!
 
The weather is HOT and so are the many performances of skiers on GOODE Skis!  Nearly 800 of the nation's top skiers have been competing in slalom, tricks, jump and overall. GOODE is proud to once again be the title sponsor of this event which is the World's Largest Water Ski Tournament!
 
It was an exciting weekend of Pro Water Skiing at the Malibu Open in Milwaukee, WI. A crowd of over 5,500 was on site to watch the night time finals. The GOODE Bubble/PowerBuoys
were used. Congratulations to Will Asher and April Coble-Eller for their wins!  
 
In celebration of the recent World Records set on GOODE Skis, I am please to announce a new look to the 9900SL model - the World Record Edition 9900SL.

GOODE ANNOUNCES WORLD RECORD EDITION 9900SL AT THE NATIONALS
WILMINGTON, IL - In conjunction with the first day of the 2010 GOODE Water Ski National Championships, we are pleased to announce our new 9900SL series cosmetic ski graphics, celebrating our World Record setting accomplishments.
 
The new GOODE 9900SL, Mid Ride and Wide Ride skis will have a "World Record Edition" graphic on the fore body of the ski, and a unique graphic on the middle of the ski that features the names and signatures of the world's top athletes who have reached the absolute pinnacle of our sport by raising the bar and setting new world records.
 
 
We believe that the new 9900SL series skis are absolutely the best performing skis in the world.  Congratulations to all of the outstanding Team GOODE athletes who have accomplished their dreams and goals by pushing their personal limits to a higher level.  At Goode, we're passionately committed to continue in our quest to engineer and produce innovative new products that will help take skiers to new, even higher levels of performance. 
Our new ski graphics are hot off the press, have just arrived at our facility in Ogden, Utah and are now ready for production and shipment.  Be the first on the water in your area to have a new ski with our new World Record Edition graphic.   
 
There is still a lot of skiing left this season.  Have some fun!  Get a new 9900SL series ski and experience the same high level of skiing performance as all of the Team GOODE athletes enjoy!

Congratulations to Men's 3 Slalom Champion, Scott Tynan!
 
 
 crowd of over 5,500 was at Milwaukee's lakefront Veteran's Park Lagoon to watch the city's first ever waterskiing event, the Malibu Open, last weekend. 
All of the world's top professional water ski athletes were there to compete in traditional slalom and long-distance jumping events. There was  $50,000 in prize money. Free-style jumping and barefoot skiing demonstrations rounded out the exciting 2-day program, which was open to the public with free admission.
 
Will Asher won men's slalom, Jamie Beauschene 2nd, and Team GOODE skiers, Thomas Degasperi and Chris Parrish were 3rd and 4th.
 
April Coble-Eller won women's slalom and Team GOODE skiers, Regina Jaquess and Karen Truelove were 2nd and 4th.
