POLK CITY, FL - The American Water Ski Association has
released the tournament schedule for the 68th GOODE
Water Ski National Championships.
The world's largest three-event water ski tournament
will take place on two lakes, Aug. 8-14, 2010, at
Waters Edge in Wilmington, IL.

Parsons, escaped winter's grasp and headed to Jim
Kilsdonk's Water Ski Costa Rica for a few weeks.
Costa Rica offers such a great adventure. You can
expect calm winds, some rain, some sun and most
importantly - terrific waterskiing and lots of fun!
Water Ski Costa Rica's host, Jim Kilsdonk, does a
terrific job coordinating all of the details for you so
that the trip is really a pleasure. You can water ski
every day, zip-line through the rain forest, ride
horses, see monkeys hanging from trees, watch flocks of
parrots fly over head, and even look a giant iguana in
the eye!
Water Ski Costa Rica is located 60 miles north of San
Jose, Costa Rica. Daily direct flights are available on
American, Continental, Frontier and Delta from several
U.S. cities.

For those of us in the
Northern Hemisphere, the long winter season begins
in less than two weeks!
Winter weather has already hit! As water sports
enthusiasts, we only have a few choices on how to
survive.
Some of us will go into
hibernation, like the bears do. Some of us will just
deal with the challenges of winter and put up with
it.
Others will embrace winter
and get out and snow ski, snowboard or participate
in another winter activity.
Many of us will escape to
warmer climates, like Florida, Costa Rica or Mexico,
to satisfy our water sports craving.
Whatever you choose, get out
and enjoy the season!
