As 2008 draws to a close, Dawn and I want to wish you and your
family a Happy New Year - 2009!
Over the past week we have had over 6 feet of snow fall at our
home, which has made for some great powder skiing.
Now that GOODE Ski Lake is completely frozen, Dawn and I are
looking forward to our upcoming adventure trip to Water Ski Costa
Rica!
Like 2008, I am sure that 2009 will have many challenges. The
entire staff at GOODE and I look forward to taking them 'head-on' and
working to make 2009 another great year.

JULY - Karina Nowlan wins MC Pro Tour Stop #4, Nicole Arthur
2nd. Dave Miller wins Big Dawg qualifer #2, Jim Kilsdonk 4th.
AUGUST - Regina Jaquess wins 3 Golds at Pan-Am Games; April
Coble-Eller Silver medalist.
AUGUST - GOODE Announces 4 new products; 9900SL, 9900SL WIDE
RIDE, GOODE PowerVest System and PowerShell5.
Nick Parsons wins US Nationals; April Coble-Eller wins US
Nationals, Regina Jaquess 2nd. GOODE Skiers win more medals than
all other ski brands combined at the 2008 GOODE Water Ski
Nationals. GOODE Sweeps Podium at Big Dawg Qualifer #3; Dr. Mike
Morgan 1st, Dave Miller 2nd and Chad Scott 3rd.
SEPTEMBER - GOODE sweeps women's podium twice in MC Pro events;
Nick Parsons finishes 2nd, Thomas Degasperi 4th. Karina Nowlan
wins her 4th MC Pro Event and the overall tour. Karina Nowlan ties
the Women's World Record held by Kristi Overton- Johnson. (Kristi
set the 1 @ 41' off record 11 years ago on her GOODE 9100.) Ben
Favret wins the Ski Nautique Big Dawg Finals on his new 9900SL.

UTAH - Rob Holmes was captured beautifully in this photograph
enjoying his pair of GOODE STR8. Rob is a very enthusiastic and
dynamic powder skier from the Ogden area that loves to ski the
back country and the cliff areas in the mountains nearby.
Dan Campbell-Lloyd, a photographer/cinematographer from Park
City, UT, entered this photo into the Ski Utah Fat Flakes Pro
Photo Competition where it won First Prize!
