THOMAS DEGASPERI SETS NEW RECORD |
 |
Italian Thomas Degasperi skis 1@43' off at the Ski West Pro
competition in Garnnes sur Eure, France last weekend. This is the
best tournament score of any skier so far this year. His outstanding
performance sets a new European Record and is only 1/2 buoy from the
World Record, which is currently held by Chris Parrish. Jason
Paredes, also skiing on a GOODE 9700, finished second place.
"Thomas is a really great guy. Dawn and I got to know him quite
well during the World Championships in China last year. At 6'4"
tall, he has the build of a slalom skier and his GOODE Ski and
PowerShell 4 Boot system are really working well for him.", said
Dave Goode. "Thomas had just set the European Record the weekend
before skiing 5-1/2 buoys @ 41' off. He is really on a roll and is a
good position to set a new World Record in the weeks ahead!"
Congratulations Thomas and Jason. 1st and 2nd place!

SUMMER SNOW SKIING WITH TIM GREY |
 |
Summer is here and Tim Grey continues to show us his passion for
snow skiing. He recently traveled to Norway taking along his GOODE
Carbon 95 snow skis. Tim highly recommends GOODE Skis for skiing
'the steep and the deep'.
"Tim is part of our test team. His year-round feedback is vital
to our product development efforts.", said Dave Goode. "While we are
now sharply focused on water skis, snow ski testing continues."
Thank you Tim for your breathtaking pictures and sharing your
passion with us. |
