Dear Dave,
Dawn and I recently returned from the World Water Ski Championships
in Tianjin, China! The Chinese really rolled out the "Red Carpet" to
welcome the water ski world.
It is interesting to see the many different cultures come together
for such a great event and share a common sport.

In our Feature Article, we wrote about Regina winning the coveted
World Slalom Title. Little did we know, that upon Regina's return to
the United States, she would not only win the season's largest prize
money at the women's Skyview Tournament, but she would also win the
U.S. Open last weekend.
"Regina is an amazing competitor", said Dave Goode. "We are so
excited to have her on Team GOODE. Regina is the best women's slalom
skier in the world right now. Winning the last two events proves
that her World Championship slalom victory was not a fluke.", Goode
continued.
"I wrote Regina to congratulate her. I was pleased to receive a

everything, couldn't have done it without you and everyone at GOODE!

ITALIANS SWEEP THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS |

Italian skiers, Thomas Desgaspri, Fabio Ianni and Matteo Ianni swept
the European Championships held in Austria.
"This is great news.", said Dave Goode. "I got to know all three
of the Italian skiers at the Worlds, in China. I am really excited
for each one of them. It does not surprise me to see these talented
skiers atop the podium."
"It is nice to have them on Team GOODE!", Goode concludes.

REGINA JAQUESS WINS WORLD SLALOM AND OVERALL TITLES |

Regina Jaquess, won the Women's World Slalom Title and the Women's
Overall Title in Tianjin, China. More than 140 athletes from 27
countries competed for world titles in slalom, tricks, jumping and
overall.
Regina successfully defended her 2003 World Overall title. Her
slalom victory came as a pleasant surprise because Regina is not
known as a slalom specialist.
"I am very proud of Regina. She skied so well.", said Dave Goode.
"Regina is a great skier and a great person.", GOODE continues.
"Regina's efforts helped the US Team clinch their third Team victory
in a row.", Goode concludes.
