Tyler Scott set a new Boy's 2 National Record during round two of
the Cedar Ridge Slalom Tournament in Canton, Mississippi on July 9,
2005.
The former record of 2@38 off was held by Justin Seefried (set on
July 5, 1997 at the Sky Lake Record in Durham, California) and
co-held by Tyler on May 28, 2005 this year at the Ski Ranch in
Covington, LA.
During round two of the tournament Tyler scored 2 1/2 @38 off.
During round three of the same tournament Tyler broke the records
again scoring 3 1/2 @38 off.
"Tyler is an amazing competitor!", said Dave Goode. "I was
delighted to hear the news from Chad Scott, Tyler's dad, just
moments after the special moment.", Goode adds. "I am happy for
Tyler and I am happy he was riding his GOODE 9600 and PowerShell 4
Boots into the Record Books.", Goode concludes.
