POWERSHELL 4 SYSTEM ANNOUNCED |
 |
The
new GOODE PowerShell 4 system is the latest generation
of hardshell boot systems. It features an all new G-10
Composite Plate, new stronger hardshell plastic boots, a
new boot rotation system and 400 MSI Inter-Loc on the
puzzle pieces.
The G-10 Composite plate replaces the 7075 alloy
aluminum plate used on previous PowerShell systems. The
G-10 Composite plate is lighter and stronger than its
aluminum predecessors.
The plastic has been upgraded to a TPE12A material.
The stronger hardshell plastic give better edge control
and durability.
The new Boot Rotation System allows both the front
and back boots to be easily rotated side to side and
adjusted forward and backward. The most common rotation
stance is the "New School" stance. Skiers
using the "New School" stance rotate their
front foot outward and their rear foot in the opposite
direction. This stance makes it easier for skiers to
drop their hips away from the boat, behind the boat, and
to "sit" on the buoy at the turns.
