Results are in from the "2003 GOODE Water Ski National
Championships"! GOODE Water Skis won 82% of the Men's Gold
Medals and 64% of the Women's Gold Medals.

DRAWING WINNERS ANNOUNCED |

A
random drawing was conducted again this year amongst the
athletes participating in events at the Nationals. The
winners were drawn and announced on the last day of the
events.
GRAND PRIZE - accommodations in a private villa and
waterskiing in COSTA RICA for two people for one week
was won by Janie Greenwood of Little Rock, Arkansas.

2nd PRIZE - a brand new GOODE 9500 WATER SKI was hand
delivered to Lyle Perkins of Lake Charles, Louisiana.
3rd PRIZE - a set of GOODE POWERSHELL BOOTS was won
by Cathy Lund of Winter Garden, Florida.

introduced the 62", 66.25" and the 69"
waterski models at their booth at The Nationals, August
12, 2003. The overwhelming enthusiasm for the different
sizes was remarkable.
The 62" ski is targeted at junior skiers up to
95 lbs, the 66.25" ski is designed for skiers
between 170 and 180 lbs, and the 69" ski is for men
over 220 lbs.

is now offering a full carbon fiber trick ski in five
sizes (40"-41"-42"-43"-44").
This new ski is very lightweight and durable and is
currently being used by top athlete April Coble Eller,
the National Trick Champion.

SKIERS DOMINATE U.S. NATIONALS |

| Despite
the wind and rain, the "2003 GOODE Water Ski
National Championships" held in Texas on August
12-16 were a huge success. In fact, for many of the
athletes competing on GOODE water skis it was truly a
great tournament. Skiers riding GOODE skis won Gold
Medals in 9 of the 11 Men's Divisions and 7 of the 11
Women's Divisions. The annual event took place at the
Lago Santa Fe Ski Club south of Houston. This is the
fifth year GOODE has served as title sponsor for the
U.S. Nationals.
"I am extremely proud to have been the title
sponsor for the world's largest 3-event water ski
tournament again this year . It was amazing to see the
talent in all age divisions." said Dave Goode.
